This is your logo for your Avail Mobile App. It will appear on your Mobile Device as the way to connect to our web-based program.

Once you get into the program you will be able to select your:

• -Artists - select that option and you can select an individual Artists
• -Contacts - know your Contact, select and your list will appear.
• -Artist Avail - allows you set up an Artist, set up a contract and email your contract in one program
• -Events - allows you to track your events for artists by providing your schedule in a calendar or search by Artist, Vendor, or Date.

This App allows you to view your Artists.  Select your Artist and you have various options to choose from whether it be contracts, contacts for that Artist or possibly a calendar of events you have for that Artist.

Our Mobile App is convenient when checking to book an Arist.
